bentley key fob for sale  Celebrates Its Centenary

Mulliner Bentley's custom coachbuilding unit, has created a unique keycase to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the brand. It is made from Dark Stained Burr Walnut with Piano Black Veneer and includes a flying "B" paperweight keys, as well as an album of never-before-seen 1930s 8 Litre images.

This is a great way to welcome a new owner of a vehicle.

Aesthetics

Bentley is a firm that takes its aesthetics seriously. It shows in the precision placement of its quilting, the choice of leather sourced from cattle by-products, the timber from forests that are sustainably managed and the innovative patterns on its levers. A car like the Continental GT W12 beckons as you take it in and showcases its stunning sculptural design and power through carefully planned lighting.

The Continental GT is the most sophisticated open-top Bentley ever created. Its rear tonneau, for instance, featured the largest piece of dark-stained, book-matched Burr Walnut veneer ever applied to the production Bentley. Similarly, the electrically-operated glass sunroof and champagne cooler that incorporated hand-blown and hand-cut lead crystal bottles marked a new benchmark in luxury and innovation.

It is this unique design, craftsmanship and attention to detail that have established Bentley as the world's most desirable automotive brand. The company is constantly pushing the boundaries with the latest technologies and hand-crafted products. This includes the introduction of an electronic tilt-opening rear sunroof as well as a hand-crafted Apple iPad docking station.

A century since its founding, Bentley - now under sole Volkswagen ownership after years of fighting with BMW - celebrated its centenary in 2019. The marque planned a number special events and launches to mark the historic occasion before planning for a pandemic became a top priority.

Design

Bentley is a luxury car maker that makes ostentatious and luxurious cars. However, even the keys are an oath. The Bentayga Key is made of sterling silver, and has the large B' logo to show everyone that you're a Bentley. It also has the years 1919 and 2019 to mark the company's centenary.

The Mulsanne was redesigned and developed by Bentley Mulliner, to be the ultimate Grand Touring car. The rear seats are designed to offer passengers unmatched comfort and privacy. They were inspired by the luxurious private aircraft. A customized heating, ventilation and air conditioning system has been designed to provide each passenger with the ideal temperature control.

The Mulsanne has a twin turbocharged 6.75 litre W12 engine with 560bhp, and 479lb-ft of torque. This incredibly powerful power is paired by a brand new suspension system that gives Bentley's famously smooth ride.

Bentley has announced a special specification for cars manufactured after the year 2019 in order to celebrate its centenary. This is referred to as the Centenary Specification. The cabin is equipped with cross-stitching and contrast stitching in Centenary Gold throughout. The Bentley Wings on the headrests and seats are embroidered in Centenary Gold, adding to the feeling of celebration. A bespoke Bentley key case is included in the Centenary Specification, making the Bentley experience all-inclusive.

Function

The Bentley Mulsanne Key has two buttons: one that opens the trunk, and another which starts the vehicle. It also has a button to turn on the parking break. There is a knob to fold and unfold the mirrors while parked in tight areas. This feature helps you get in and out of your car.

The key is made from vegetable tanned leather. It takes about two days to craft each one. The key is cut by hand, shaped, stitched and sealed, then polished to give a superior result. It is robust, compact, and fits the Bentley key perfectly. Its design is similar with the Volkswagen Phaeton's massive car key, yet it feels more heavy and luxurious.

It is also equipped with Secure-A-Key, which helps prevent keyless entry theft. This device is inserted into the remote-control key fob and will shut it off after a few minutes of inactivity. This stops thieves from transmitting the key's frequency to other devices that are able to unlock and start the vehicle.

Bentley's distinctive design is a reflection of the company's values which include exquisite craftsmanship, engineering expertise and the latest technologies. Its headquarters in Crewe is home to more than 4,000 workers who are responsible for the design, development and production of Bentley vehicles. These workers utilize skills handed over generations and then apply them to cutting-edge technology in the automotive industry. This is a characteristic of British manufacturing at its best.

Personalisation

Bentley's bespoke division, Mulliner, allows customers to essentially design their own car. The "mood station" allows customers to choose images that inspire them. They can range from picturesque vistas to sporting events. When each selection is made, a pattern emerges and reveals the model and color preferences of the customized Bentley.

The guests receive keys made by hand and containing the R.F.I.D. enabled key cards. Keys can be adorned with Bentley Muliner Personalised welcome lamps that illuminate the path of the opening door with the owner's name or logo as they approach the car.

Bentley says it takes roughly 500 man hours to design and assemble the average Mulsanne. The reluctance to embrace modern technology is the main factor to this time-consuming task. Instead of employing a machine for spacers to the perfectly-matched leather seats workers at the Crewe factory do it by hand. And rather than letting the car's built in sensors guide it to perpendicular and parallel parking spots drivers must perform the task by hand.

In the course of the event, Bentley showcased its Mulliner personalization capabilities by presenting one particular example that was the Mulsanne W.O. The Mulsanne W.O. Edition pays homage to the founder William Osler Bentley. The limited edition cars include an item key that shows an item from the 1930 8 Litre crankshaft.
